Anne Beigneux,
Ph.D.
Judith A. Berliner,
Ph.D. Research Interests: Lipid activators of endothelium in atherosclerosis.
Kristina Bostrom, M.D.,
Ph.D. Research Interests: Vascular biology; molecular mechanisms in vascular calcification: vascular cell differentiation: dyslipidemias.
Noel G. Boyle, M.D.,
Ph.D. Research Interests: Management and mechanisms of atrial fibrillation, Syncope; Pacemaker and ICD trials.
Georgette Buga, Ph.D. Research Interests: Study of the early stages of atherosclerosis, in particular the role of high fat diet in eliciting endothelial dysfunction and inflamation of the brain and kidney arterioles of LDL receptor null mice and the ensuing parenchimal changes leading to functional impairment. We are curently investigating the mechanisms by which these early events are alleviated by the treatment with an oral apolipoprotein A mimetic, D-4F.
Hua Linda Cai, M.D., Ph.D. Research Interest: Cardiovascular pathophysiology with focus on nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species signaling in models of hypertension, atherosclerosis, diabetic vascular diseases and therapeutic angiogenesis.
Lawrence Castellani,
Ph.D.
Catherine Chanfreau (Coffinier)
John S. Child, M.D. Research Interests: Adult congenital heart disease; valvular and hypertrophic myocardial diseases; aortic diseases; transesophageal echocardiography.
Jesse Currier, M.D. Research Interests: Interventional cardiology; restenosis after coronary intervention; intravascular ultrasound; new devices for coronary intervention.
Johannes Czernin,
M.D.
