  This site, a portion of the online Atlas of Pathology from the University of Illinois College of Medicine is an excellent teaching tool for studying cardiovascular pathology.

  This site, put together by the Franklin Institute Science Museum in Philadelphia, shows the anatomy of the cardiopulmonary system with appealing visual effects and has information for developing good health habits.
